Documents you need to have for Sweden Visa:
1. Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any;
2. Visa Application form;
3. 2 recent colour photographs
4. Personal Covering letter (For Employed - Plain paper/ For Self-Employed – Company Letterhead);
5. Original updated Bank Statement (last 6 months);
6. Income Tax Returns / Form 16 for last 3 years;
7. Confirmed return flight tickets;
8. Hotel reservation;
9. Day wise Itinerary;
10. Travel Insurance (minimum coverage of EUR 30000).
