Required Documents for Croatia Visa
- Valid Passport (minimum 6 months validity with at least 2 blank pages)
- Duly filled and signed Visa Application Form
- Recent Passport-size Photographs (white background)
- Cover Letter explaining purpose of travel and duration of stay
- Travel Itinerary (confirmed flight booking & hotel reservation)
- Travel Insurance covering your stay in Croatia (minimum €30,000 coverage)
- Proof of Financial Means (bank statement of last 3–6 months)
- Employment Proof (NOC from employer, leave letter, or business registration certificate)
- Income Tax Returns / Form 16 (if applicable)
